So it is a new month with a new beginning (at least for me it is). I started of slowly for my workout today doing pilates and walking. I had the entire day so I did my pilates in the morning, but by the time I finished, I was to exgusted to continue anything else, therefore I ended up doing my walking in the evening and only half way of my set goal. At least it is better then nothing right? Anyway, I plan to continue this for the next week or two to see if I can achieve the results that I desire or set for myself. Work Hard Now, Be Happy Tomorrow!
April 1st!
I just bought this dress for prom and I am sooo in LOVE with it! Now I just have to workout keeping the dress in mind as motivation to look good in it. I can’t wait to try it on and go to Prom!
So it has been a week since I have started my supposed “lifestyle change” and I am sad to say that as the week went on I slowly stopped what I promised myself I would do. By the end the week instead of losing a pound I actually gained a pound. Obviously I have to watch myself a bit more so that I do not fall back to my old habits. One thing I learned though is that things do not actually happen overnight or in my case a week. If I really want to lose weight I have to be committed 100% not 50% as well as find ways to keep myself motivated to go through this all the way. Even though I am sad that I gained a pound, I feel like this is a really good reminder of what reality is for me. Maybe if I stick to my plan and actually commit 100% I might lose the one pound I gained but for now I’m not going to worry about it. Life is too short to stress about small things like this.

So today I finally finished an entire workout without giving up. I did take a bit more breaks then what the video suggested but i still managed to finish in the end. The workout I did was pilates to remove my muffin top. It started with my legs n after one rep my thighs were burning like it was on fire. Then I moved towards my tummy area, and soon my heart was pumping and my core was very painful. For every movement I could actually feel my muscles being in pain. After finishing the workout I was tired but also happy for finishing the workout without complaining as much as I usually do when I give up. Starting weight: 115 lbs Goal weight: 100 lbs Mood: Satisfied, Happy
